Zac Piya, AKA Zac L. Music Producer taught piano & theory to platinum-selling producer Tyron Hapi – producer of Masked Wolf’s Astronaut In The Ocean which achieved over two Billion streams.
Zac Piya studied at three of the most prestigious music schools in Australia: Melbourne Conservatorium of Music (Piano Performance), Sir Zelman Cowan School of Music Monash University (Jazz Voice), & Queensland Conservatorium (Jazz Voice). He holds a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance. Zac Piya was mentored in piano & theory for 4 years by world-renowned Composer-Arranger Robin A. Smith (Robin has worked with Kanye West, Cher, Enrique Iglesias, Famous Opera Singer Luciano Pavarotti & heaps of other music legends).
Zac Piya is a highly experienced paid professional gigging musician who has performed as a singer-pianist all around Brisbane at venues such as Proud Henry’s, Will & Flow, Orion Hotel Springfield, Mr. Bao Brisbane, Hotel Grand Chancellor, Miss Kay’s Burger Bar & many more.
Zac Piya has taught hundreds of students for over 12 years, and has earned a perfect 5-star Google rating from dozens of positively glowing student-reviews. Zac Piya gets to know your music experience and music goals and tailors the lessons to you! He always aims for the fastest improvement whilst ensuring each student has a fantastic enjoyable experience. He especially enjoys teaching singer-guitarists, singer-pianists and singer-songwriters how to learn by ear, improvise and write songs. Zac is the author of the highly rated book “How to Sing Any Song – 14 Secret Vocal Hacks.” Zac can help you achieve excellent results in AMEB music exams or in the internationally recognised Rock School popular music exams. Zac really gets to know each student so he can help them achieve their personal music goals, learn super-fast, and have fun!
