You can access these one or multiple times a week for half the price of usual lessons. This is a great way to use downtime waiting between lessons or for other siblings to further build their musical education.
For parents
As a parent, your child may be preparing for examinations, setting that strong foundation for their education and QTAC results. Our teachers are experienced in AMEB, Trinity College and ABRSM examinations.
We also offer early childhood group classes ranging from 5 years down to under 14 months.
For adults
Our piano lessons are perfect for beginner adults who have always wanted to play. They also make the perfect birthday or anniversary gift to inspire and motivate your loved ones.
There are a variety of reasons for taking piano lessons: for fun, pleasure or exams. Perhaps you would like to refresh your skills or help someone who is motivated to begin a new adventure.

Piano Practice Rooms
We provide quality practise rooms with well maintained pianos in a pleasant environment in a central location. Prices from $28 p/h or $10/hr with a Membership.

Our End of Term Concerts provide the opportunity for you or your child to perform as well as see other teachers and students.
Music Teaching Intern Training Program
If you’d like to become a piano, string or voice teacher with us we provide training, employment and professional development opportunities with our Intern Teacher Training Program which prides itself in practical career pathways and music teacher professional development.

Teaching Info
James is an established piano teacher, accompanist, performer and composer in Brisbane for over 20 years.
James Vincent is a music educator, audio engineer, entrepreneur, composer and performer for over 20 years.
Recently he founded the Music School, Vincent Music in the heart of West End. He is also the Director and Founder of Home Piano Teacher (Est. 2013) providing quality piano teaching in homes for over 100 students around Brisbane and employs 12 teachers.
Previously he was Head of the Piano Department and Board Member at Browning Street Studios where he established the Instrumental Teaching Training and Intern program where he works as a coordinator, writes curriculum in piano pedagogy and teaches and supervises as a mentor practical piano teaching methods. The program has now moved to Vincent Music.
James completed his Bachelor of Arts (Music) majoring in classical piano in 1996 and double majoring in French Horn. He is also a professional member of The Music Teachers’ Association of Queensland and the Accompanists’ Guild of Queensland.
James has over 10 years experience in sound for video games including composing, sound design, dialogue production and foley recording. As a full time audio engineer for both Sega Studios Australia and The Creative Assembly he has honed his production and mixing skills under the audio direction of internationally acclaimed and BAFTA winner, Jeff Van Dyck. He is known for his work on Impossible Odds for recording, mixing and engineering on their Q Song award winning track “ Soul of a Troubadour” in 2010.
