Brookfield Music is a family friendly school in Brisbane. Lessons are offered for children after school and during the day for adults. The school is convenient for students living in Upper Brookfield, Brookfield, Kenmore Hills, Kenmore, Chapel Hill, Pullenvale, Moggill, Bellbowrie and surrounding areas.
Brookfield Music is a high quality music school in the west of Brisbane catering to both children and adults, providing training in flute, piccolo, clarinet, saxophone alto and tenor, piano, guitar, ukulele, violin, voice and special needs.
Lessons are fun and practical. Together as student and teacher we choose music that is a joy to play.
The school is situated in Upper Brookfield, just five minutes from the Brookfield Show grounds.

Lessons are structured to meet the needs of each individual student.
Children learn through music making, laughter and playing games. We teach children to develop their intrinsic motivation and self confidence. We encourage students to practice without parents needing to remind them.
Being an adult student has its advantages—and yes, it is never too late! You know how you learn and what gives you joy when playing music. Together Layla will show you the various different musical styles and help you choose repertoire that you love. Lessons will start building on skills that you already have and new ones will be introduced as you progress.

To make music is a dream come true for me ... thanks to Layla I am able to fulfill my dream of playing piano. I have been going to Layla’s school of music for over 11 years now. Firstly with my sons and when they grew I carried on for myself. She is super patient and brilliant with the children and I would, and have, recommended her over and over. She is super, super patient with adults — after all we are a bit slower than the kids when it comes to learning anything new.
