BeXD is a Performing Arts School that prioritises joy, confidence and creative wellbeing. Learn to sing, act & dance – and enjoy the journey.

Join our KIPA (Kids in Performing Arts) program on Saturday mornings 9am – 11am in Indooroopilly or our Musical-in-a-week Holiday Workshops where we take a whole musical from script to stage in just 6 days!

Teaching Info

Students develop performance skills in singing, acting, dance, and stagecraft, all in a non-competitive, high-support environment. Every student receives individual feedback and support on their performance skills.

Whether they’re a born performer or finding their feet, every student gets a meaningful role, creative input, and individual support in our musicals. All students get a chance to shine onstage and contribute backstage, too. Auditions for lead and featured roles are optional – every student is included, valued and guided to shine, wherever they are.

It’s not about being a star. It’s about building confidence, friendships, and self-expression through singing, acting, dance and storytelling.

My child has started with BeXD weekly drama classes in term 2 and has absolutely loved them! It has been a great and safe space for him to express his inner actor. The teachers are fantastic. He also joined in for the school holiday musical workshop and performed in his first on stage production- High School Musical. Not only he did enjoy the week of workshop but LOVED performing for all the families and friends at the end of the week. It was also a great show for the parents to enjoy.
